Message Classify is
a simple and easy to use solution for enforcing the application
of visual and meta data labels to email. Message
Classify allows organisation
to comply with regulatory compliance including the HMG Security
Policy Framework requirement to apply the Government Protection
Marking Scheme to emails.

Enforcement occurs at the desktop through user selection of protective
markings which increases correct data handling awareness and compliance.
Classification levels, visual labels and meta data can be easily customised
to meet policy requirements.
Meta data labelling allows interoperability with existing security and
infrastructure technologies including gateway security and email encryption.
